Getting Client Requirements

Designer Assigning

A designer is assigned by TPF on the project to analyze the project carefully, find the project requirements and match it with the customer budget and required parameters. How many of the rolls they may need and the frequency they would like to get the product from TPF will be

Providing Available Samples

different samples of the product are presented to the client to get his idea or if the client likes to use the ready-made product.

Setting the criteria

In this step, the criteria will be set with the client request.

Delivery

The supervisor assure that the product meets the client need and will arrange for the delivery of the product to the client shops.  The branch manager will try to sign a long-term agreement with the client to supply the product to the client regularly. The JIT system will help to increase the satisfaction of the client in long-run and it brings more clients for the company.   

Design

 the design team receives will design the logo or any requirement may clients need to be printed on the roll. After getting the client feedback the design is finished and the result will be sent to the operation department for the execution.
